Is your life a mess? Is it awesome in some areas, but not others? Could it be a little better? I think it could be AMAZING!
You’re the boss, so there is no one else more suited to managing your own life, but be honest…
How have you been doing? Would you give yourself a good performance evaluation, or would you have several areas that need improvement?

Wish there was a manual for creating your best life?
Fortunately, there are proven systems and tools to assist you.
In the world of business there is Cost-Benefit Analysis, a method of deciding whether an action is worth pursuing, after looking at the predicted costs and anticipated gains.
“Cost-benefit analysis is a systematic method for quantifying and then comparing the total costs to the total expected rewards of undertaking a project or making an investment.”

In our daily lives we apply this methodology in making purchases, deciding where to spend our time and efforts, and with whom we trust and want to share our lives.
For any area of our lives, we need to be asking whether the benefit outweighs the cost, but it’s not always evident.
There may be areas of your life that are sources of stress, but you are still getting enough of a benefit that it outweighs the cost. These payoffs may be material rewards, emotional pay-offs or “helpers” that you use to avoid other stressors.
Eventually the payoffs may not be enough to outweigh the cost. We have to constantly decide for ourselves how much we are willing to pay for a perceived benefit.

As adults we are responsible for our own actions/words/thoughts/feelings in any situation.
It is not about blame, it’s about recognizing your power, and being your own best boss!
You alone are the boss of your actions/words/thoughts/feelings, and that is your source of power. You’d think we wouldn’t want to give our power away, but we do it all the time.

How do we give our power away?
We give our power away when we get stuck blaming others/situations/circumstances, and refuse to see our own part in creating the life we want to experience.
Why would we give away our power?

We might give away our power when we don’t feel worthy, capable or ready to take the responsibilities that come with that agency.
Only you can be the boss of your life, and this begins when you take personal responsibility for your own life and power. Some changes will happen whether we want them to or not, but recognizing your power will help you to navigate the web of life, and tackle change like a boss.
When change happens, will you freeze, blame others, overreact or will you seize the opportunity to make things better for yourself and others?
Is the world ready for you? Are you ready to use your power to change your own circumstances, and maybe even lead and influence others?
The truth is that we don’t get to choose the actions/words/thoughts/feelings of anyone else but ourselves, but we can influence others to care more about the things we care about, by taking responsibility for ourselves first, and that is AMAZING!
💗Wishing you Amazing Love & Responsible Power
